Objective: To learn how to play "F" & "Bb" Notes in both octaves and how to improvise with the F Note.
Instructions: 1.  View the Video -"How to Play "F" Note in Both Octaves"   low / high
2.  View the Video
-"How to Improvise Using the "F" Note"  low / high
3.  View the Video
-"How to Play Bb" Note in Both Octaves"   low / high
4.  Watch the videos a few times until you can play the F & Bb notes in both octaves and then work on improvising with the F note.  Practice 20 minutes each day.  Log this time into your practice log.
